Format of play

League features

 5 teams. 6 players play each week per team. 2 men's doubles and one mixed doubles. Each team will be assigned one bye week. Players are paid per match win. If drafted to a team, players will receive a team shirt provided by their team sponsor to wear for matches.

An exhibition match will be played at each venue just prior to the league matches to warm up the crowd and featuring the host club's favorite people, a combination of local teaching pros/ talent  6-6:45pm.

League Matches start at 7pm. Matches are free to watch for the public. The Championship match at Atlanta Open will required a paid Saturday night evening session ticket for July 27th.

June 7th Country Club of Roswell,14th TPC Sugarloaf, 21st St Ives Country Club, 28th Atlanta Country Club, July 12 Dunwoody Country Club.

Play Format:

Best two out of three, no-ad scoring sets, 10 point tiebreaker in lieu of Third set.

 

Draft: 

5 team captains are determined by the commissioner. On May 3rd applicants to the Atlanta Pro League Draft will go into a pool list for captains to choose based on a random drawing order. Players will be notified if they are chosen or not. Players that are not chosen for a team will be place on a sub list. There is no league fee for being a sub but subs will be paid per match win.

Championship:

The two teams with highest team scores after 5 rounds will play in the Final at The Atlanta Open Saturday July 27th 6:15pm. Bonus prizes/money awarded
